Aaaaalrighty; you posted this in the Hetalia Art Critique group, so I'm going to try my best to give you some!
The mask (I'm guessing that's what it is; it reminds me of an Arrancar's idk) looks really cool; you clearly put a lot of time and detail into it. The hair also has the texture of hair, which is nice; you can easily distinguish between hair and skin.
Sadly, the first thing I'm going to say is that I don't think you're style has evolved and grown for enough time for it to be properly critiqued. Why do I say this? You need to work on anatomy and proportion. I know, I know, everyone always tells everyone else to do it, but it will help. Immensely. Take a look at her shoulders, for example; they are far too narrow compared to her head. I would also suggest looking at reference photographs when drawing Profiles (they're hard, but the photos help.
The shading is certainly a good start; you seem to have a grasp on where the light is (kinda) coming from. The background does look a bit sloppily done, though; it's obvious you scribbled and then smudged it with your fingers.
I hope I wasn't too harsh, and I hope this helps? ;u;
